Socks Drive

MYAB presents the Knock Your Socks Off Drive!

We encourage youth to drop off a new pair of socks from Feb. 1 to Feb. 17 at their local Beaverton area high school, Beaverton City Hall (12725 SW Millikan Way) or Village Home (5150 SW Watson Ave). For a complete list of high schools participating, email MayorMailboxMYAB@BeavertonOregon.gov.
Last year, nearly 1,400 students were considered homeless in the Beaverton School District. Socks are a clothing item that is often overlooked during drives. All proceeds will go to HomePlate Youth Services, Washington County’s only nonprofit provider of drop-in centers and street outreach for young people experiencing homelessness.
