If you chose to do community service in lieu of paying a fine, you must provide proof of completion to the Court by the deadline. If you are part of the Traffic School Diversion, you must complete the class and provide proof to the Court by the deadline.
Resolving a Suspension
Once the Court has requested that the DMV suspend your privileges, the citation must be paid in full as well as an additional $15 suspension fee per citation. When the matter is cleared with the Court, you will be given a clearance form to take to the DMV to remove the hold on your license.
If a citation is in suspended status with the Court, you are not eligible for an installment payment plan. However, you may submit payments if you cannot afford to pay the full amount at one time. When the citation is paid in full, the clearance will be provided. The Court will not accept payment by check.
